Three Arrests Over Night

During the evening hours of 8/20/2015 three residents were arrested on unrelated charges. At 7:00 P.M. Middleton Police arrested: Jenna M. St Pierre (Age 28) 173 Silver Street Middleton, NH St. Pierre was arrested and charged with criminal mischief for breaking glassware at her residence. She was transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital for minor injuries received during the commission of the crime. St. Pierre was released on $5000 PR Bail with an arraignment date of 10/06/2015 at 8:00 am in the 7th Circuit Court in Rochester. St. Pierre was bailed from the hospital and no booking image was taken. At 10:16 P.M. Middleton Police responded to the area of Lincoln Road for a reported Disturbance. Middleton Police located and arrested: Nicole Steadman (Age 37) 8 Dudley Drive Middleton, NH by virtue of an active capais issued out of the Strafford County Superior Court for failure to abide by the conditions of release on an original charge of Possession of a

Motor Vehicle Stop ends in Arrest

On 10/11/2014 at approximately 8:57 p.m. an officer from the Middleton Police was driving on Kings Highway towards the town hall. A silver chevy with out of state plates approached with it's high beams on. The officer flashed his high beams at the vehicle which failed to dim their high beam headlights. The vehicle was stopped on Kings Highway near the intersection of Route 153. A routine license check revealed that the operator: Mathew Burkhardt Age 23 46 Pinewood Drive Somersworth, N.H. was wanted by the New Hampshire State Police Troop D for Receiving Stolen Property and Forgery. Both offenses are Class A Misdemeanors. Mr. Burkhardt was processed and released on $2500 PR Bail and will appear in the Concord Circuit Court on 11/24/2014 at 8:00 p.m. All further information on this arrest will be referred to NHSP Troop D in Concord. NH Fish and Game were in the area at the time of the stop and assisted Middleton Police with the arrest.

Rochester Resident arrested on Middleton Warrant

On 04/26/2015, members of the Rochester Police arrested: Nicole E. Steadman (Age 37) 8 Nutter Street Rochester, N.H. 03867 by virtue of an active arrest warrant issued to the Middleton Police Department charging her with a violation level operating after suspension, misdemeanor level criminal threatening and felony level possession of a narcotic drug, Methamphetamine. The offense took place on April 14, 2015 during which time members of the Middleton, Farmington and Milton police were dispatched to a residence on Dudley Drive in the Town of Middleton for a report of a female with a gun threatening to shoot a resident. At the time of arrival, police located no firearm. Police did seize a small quantity of the narcotic drug methamphetamine. This is a class B Felony punishable by up to three and a half to seven years in state prison. Based on an investigation, she was charged with Criminal Threatening, a Class A misdemeanor for threatening to shoot a resident.
