On 06/22/2014 members of the Middleton Police Department received information that an unknown person placed spikes strips in a walking trail located on Town Property behind Pheasant Drive.
Middleton Police were joined by the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department and commenced an investigation.
On 06/23/2014, both agencies executed a search warrant at 4196 Province Lake Road, Wakefield, N.H.
Based on evidence recovered at the residence along with information received during the investigation, an arrest warrant was obtained for:

Mr. Stevens turned himself into authorities on 06/25/2014. He was processed and released on $5000 PR bail and will be arraigned in the 7th Circuit Court on 08/5/2014 at 8:00 a.m.
Reckless Conduct in this matter is a Class B Felony punishable by up to 3.5 to 7 years in the New Hampshire State Prison.
