Rochester Resident arrested on Middleton Warrant

On 04/26/2015, members of the Rochester Police arrested:

Nicole E. Steadman (Age 37)
8 Nutter Street
Rochester, N.H. 03867

by virtue of an active arrest warrant issued to the Middleton Police Department charging her with
a violation level operating after suspension, misdemeanor level criminal threatening and felony level possession of a narcotic drug, Methamphetamine.

The offense took place on April 14, 2015 during which time members of the Middleton, Farmington and Milton police were dispatched to a residence on Dudley Drive in the Town of Middleton for a report of a female with a gun threatening to shoot a resident.

At the time of arrival, police located no firearm.  Police did seize a small quantity of the narcotic drug methamphetamine.  This is a class B Felony punishable by up to three and a half to seven years in state prison.

Based on an investigation, she was charged with Criminal Threatening, a Class A misdemeanor for threatening to shoot a resident. 

The violation level operating after suspension is a first offense punishable by a fine.

Steadman was released on $5000 PR bail and was ordered to have no contact with the victim and was prohibited to travel to the Town of Middleton. 

Steadman will be arraigned in the 7th Circuit Court Rochester o June 16th, 2015 at 8:00 a.m.
