On today's date at approximately 3 PM we received a phone call from the LakeShore/Silver Street indicating that a lone white male wearing a gray sweater, jeans and having dark hair looked into a rear window of a residence. The suspect then tried the door handle of the residence.
The suspect left the area on foot and a check of the area failed to locate the suspect.
