On 10-09-2013,at approximately 8:10 p.m. members of the Middleton Police Department arrested:
Richard Halleran (Age 45)
65 Governors Road
Middleton, N.H.
charging him with three counts of Simple Assault, all Class A Misdemeanors, punishable by up to a year in jail for each offense.
The arrest centers around an investigation which occurred on August 03 when members of the Middleton Police were called for a missing persons report.
Halleran is charged with pushing a female into a wall, grabbing the same female by the neck and pushing a male. Both victims are known to the Defendant.
Halleran was released on $2500 PR Bail with standard conditions. He will be arraigned in the Seventh Circuit Court in Rochester on 11/12/2013 at 8:00 A.M
