On 10-03-2013,
Mr. Mirabel turned himself in on a warrant that was issued for an offense which occurred on October 16th, 2012 at the Route 153 residence.
At the time of the offense Middleton Police in conjunction with the United States FBI and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task force were executing a search warrant issued out of the 7th Circuit Court, Rochester unrelated to the drug charge. During the search, police found a small amount of marijuana.
Mr. Mirabel was released on $1500 PR Bail with an arraignment date of October 22, 2013 in the Seventh Circuit Court, Rochester.
