On 10-15-2013, at approximately 8:00 P.m. members of the Middleton Police arrested:
Tyler Patrick (Age 18)
72 Drew Drive
Middleton, N.H.
by virtue of an active arrest warrant charging him with two counts of simple assault which occurred on Sunday 10-13-2013. The complaints charge that the defendant pushed a 17 year old female into a door and a simple assault by pushing the same female. The female victim was known to the Defendant.
The case started on Sunday when members of the Middleton Police responded to the residence for a reported Domestic Disturbance. During that event, members of the Milton Police responded to assist. After follow-up investigation and interviews were conducted, Middleton Police applied for and was granted an arrest warrant.
Mr. Patrick was released on $2000 PR bail with standard domestic violence conditions of release. He will be arraigned on 11-12-2013 at 8:00 a.m. in the Seventh Circuit Court, Rochester, N.H.
