Mr. Richard Penney was recently released on Bail on his Stalking Charges and is currently under the supervision of the Community Corrections Program. As a condition of entering the Community Corrections Program, he is required to wear a GPS unit and not come into the Town of Middleton.

Mr. Penney was arrested in January of 2013 charged with Armed Robbery, Kidnapping and Criminal Threatening with a Firearm. Those charges were recently dismissed by the Strafford County Superior Court because he was found incompetent to stand trial. We continue on a daily basis to work with the Strafford County Attorney's Office on the January Incident and will post updated information when we can.
