On 05/25/2015 at approximately 11:45 PM members of the Middleton Police were dispatched to 8 Dudley Drive for a disturbance/noise complaint.
Milton Police also responded with the Middleton Police due to the nature of the call.

Matthew Granger Age 38
8 Dudley Drive
Middleton, NH.
Granger was wanted on two bench warrants issued out of the 7th Circuit Court, Rochester, NH. One warrant was for a failure to appear on a Theft Charge. The second was a failure to appear on a Theft by Deception Charge. The court set Cash Bail on both warrants totaling $2500.00. Granger was unable to make bail and was transported to the Strafford County Jail. He will be arraigned in the 7th Circuit Court Rochester on 05/26/2015 at 11:00 a.m.
