On 01/04/2015 members of the Middleton Police responded to Fox Road for a report of a Domestic Violence Assault.

was arrested and charged with two counts of Domestic Violence. The first count alleges that he punched a relative in the face and pushed her to the ground. The second alleges that he punched a second relative in the face and pushed her up against a wall. Each count is a Class A Misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in the house of correction.
Mr. Roy was held on $3500 Cash Bail and will be arraigned in the 7th Circuit Court on 01/05/2015 at 1:00 p.m.
Joshua's Law which went into effect 01/01/2015 is a new Domestic Violence Statute. This is the first domestic violence case charged under the new law by this agency.
