On 10/13/2014 members of the Middleton Police Department continued an investigation of a pursuit of a Box Truck owned by Middleton Building Supply in Middleton.
Based on Evidence recovered on scene with the assistance of Middleton Police Department's K-9 Raven, a Search Warrant was applied for and issued for the examination of forensic evidence recovered on scene.
The examination of that evidence resulted in identifying the suspect as:

Middleton, N.H.
Gibb was originally charged with an electronic bench warrant issued out of the Rochester Court for a failure to appear on a Theft case.
Police subsequently charged Gibb with:
Unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle, Disobeying an Officer, Operating After Suspension and Resisting Arrest for running from the police on the night of the pursuit.
All charges are Class A Misdemeanors with the exception of the Operating After Suspension which is a violation level offense.
During processing Middleton Police learned that Barrington Police held an active arrest warrant for the offense of Burglary which occurred in their Town 10/03/2014.
Gibb was processed on all charges. He refused the services of a bail commissioner and will be arraigned 10/14/2014 in the 7th Circuit Court in Rochester at 11:00 a.m.
