Middleton Resident arrested on Motor Vehicle Charge/Active Warrant

On 02-13-2014 at approximately 6:40 P.M. Farmington Police notified Middleton Police of an erratic driver heading northbound on Route 153.

Members of the Middleton Police observed the vehicle operating on Route 153 and noted that it was operating at a speed greater than reasonable for existing conditions.  At the time of the call, the area was blanketed with a Blizzard.

The Middleton Police stopped a 2005 Chevy Suburban operated by:

Middleton, N.H. 03887
 
Vestal was arrested and charged with operating after suspension after a routine motor vehicle check indicated that Mr. Vestal's right to drive in this state had been suspended.
 
In addition, Mr. Vestal had an outstanding warrant issued out of the 7th Circuit Court in Rochester for an unpaid court fee.  Bail was set by the court at $350.00 cash on that matter.
 
Mr. Vestal posted cash bail and will be arraigned in the 7th Circuit Court, Rochester on March 18, 2014 at 8:00 a,m.
