On 01/25/2014 members of the Middleton Police Department arrested:
Marianne Gerlach Age 54
222 Pinkham Road
Middleton, N.H.
by virtue of an active arrest warrant charging her with one count of Simple Assault.
Gerlach turned herself in to police authorities after learning that a warrant had been issued.
The offense occurred on January 24, 2014 at the Pinkham Road address and alleges that the Defendant knowingly caused unprivileged contact to another by pushing her.
The victim is a female person who is known however not related to the Defendant.
Gerlach was released on $1000.00 PR Bail with a court date of 02/18/2014 at 8:00 a.m. in the 7th Circuit Court, Rochester, N.H. Conditions of Bail include standard no contact orders with the victim.
