On 12/11/2013 at approximately 7:00 a.m. members of the Middleton Police and Farmington Police Departments responded to:
25 Dudley Drive
Middleton, N.H.
for a reported in progress Domestic Disturbance. Due to the nature of the call, units were requested and responded from Farmington Police.
As a result of an on scene investigation:
Jeremy Brownell Age 33
23 Cold Springs Circle Apt 1
Rochester, New Hampshire
was arrested and charged with two counts of simple assault for pushing a female and head-butting the same female. Additionally Brownell was charged with Criminal Threatening by stating that he would put a bullet in a female's head if she called the police.
Brownell was released on $2000.00 PR Bail with standard domestic violence conditions. He will be arraigned in the 7th Circuit Court, Rochester, New Hampshire on 12/17/2013 at 8:00 a.m.
