Middleton Resident arrested on Out of Town Warrant

On 10/20/2013, at approximately 9:22 a.m. members of the Middleton Police Department arrested:

Brooke M. Anderson Age 30

241 Kings Highway

Middleton, N.H.

by virtue of an arrest warrant obtained by the Newington Police Department charging one count of theft, one attempted theft and one for criminal trespass.  These offenses occurred on the 12th and 14th days of October.

All the charges occurred in the Town of Newington, New Hampshire.  Ms. Anderson was turned over to Newington Police for processing.

All information regarding the investigation is being referred to the Newington Police.
