On 08-08-2013 members of the Middleton Police Department responded to a residence located off Silver Street for a reported Domestic result. The suspect, a 14 year old juvenile fled off into a wooded area. A BOLO was broadcast to area police departments with a description of the suspect.
At approximately 4:00 P.M. a Strafford County Dispatcher who was aware of the bolo notified Middleton Police that she had seen the Juvenile in Farmington near Silver Street.
Middleton and Farmington Police checked the area and the Juvenile was located by Farmington Police and turned over to Middleton Police.
The Juvenile is charged with 5 Counts of Simple Assault and 2 Charges of Criminal Mischief.
The Juvenile was held overnight in a secure Juvenile Detention and will be prosecuted through the Juvenile Justice System.
Because of the Juvenile Privacy laws, we are not releasing the address, sex or description of the child in order to comply with the privacy laws.
