On 04-19-2013 at approximately 10:14 P.M., Sgt. Jason Lamontagne of the Middleton Police stopped a 2001 Silver GMC Yukon on Silver Street for a Defective Equipment violation. During the course of the motor vehicle stop, probable cause was established to believe that the operator of the vehicle was impaired. As a result of that:

was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. He was released on $1000.00 PR bail and will be arraigned in the 7th Circuit Court, Rochester Division on April 30, 2013 at 8:00 a.m.
