On February 8th, 2013, members of the Middleton Police and Milton Police responded to 92 Deer Run Road for a report of an assault.

with one count of Simple Assault for grabbing a female by the leg, forcing her to the ground. Brown was arrested without incident.
He is scheduled to appear in the 7th Circuit Court on 02-19-2013 at 8:00 a.m.
Simple Assault is a Class A Misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail.
