Middleton Resident Arrested for Simple Assault

 On 01/22/2013 at approximately 8:00 p.m. members of the Middleton Police Department responded to 20 Lincoln Road in the Town of Middleton for a reported disturbance.

 As a result of an investigation, a warrantless arrest was made charging:

 Michael J. Brophy  Age 36

20 Lincoln Road, Middleton, N.H.

 

with Simple Assault for pushing a 27 year old female with his hands.  Simple Assault is a Class A Misdemeanor punishable up to 1 year in the House of Corrections.

Mr. Brophy was released on $1000.00 PR. Bail with an arraignment date of 02/19/2013 at the Seventh Circuit Court, Rochester, N.H.
