On 12-31-2012, Members of the New Hampshire State Police engaged in a police pursuit which started on Route 11 in the City of Rochester, New Hampshire.  The original reason for the pursuit was based on the vehicle travelling the wrong way on a public way in the City of Rochester

Vehicle speeds ranged between 45 to 60 MPH.  The pursuit entered the Town of Farmington during which Farmington Police Units served as secondary units to the State Police.  The pursuit continued through Farmington and into Milton on Route 153.

Middleton Police set up spike mats at the intersection of Route 153 and Governor's Road in the Town of Middleton.  Spike Mats are tire deflation devices which are designed to slowly deflate a vehicle tires which enables the police to bring the pursuit to a safe stop.

The tire deflation device was successful and the vehicle, a 2003 Nissan Altima was stopped near the intersection of Route 153 and Kings Highway.

135 A Portland Street, Rochester, N.H was arrested without incident by Members of the New Hampshire State Police and were assisted by members of the Milton Police Department.

She is currently charged with Felony Reckless Conduct, a Class B Felony punishable by 3 1/2 year to 7 years in the New Hampshire State Prison.  She is also charged with Disobeying a Police Officer, a Class A Misdemeanor Punishable by up to a year in jail.
